2023 DIVERSITY MONITORING
We are committed to promoting equality and diversity and recognise the benefits of a diverse workforce. We are licenced to carry out probate services by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). As part of our licence, we are required to undertake an anonymous diversity survey every two years and publish a summary of the results. All staff were invited to voluntarily participate in the 2023 diversity data collection and the data below is based solely on the information provided by those who participated.

Socio-economic background
31% of our workforce were the first generation of their family to attend university, whereas 56% were subsequent generations to attend university.
SOCIAL MOBILITY
At the age of 14, 31% of our parents were in senior manager/administrator jobs, 13% in modern occupations, 13% in technical/craft occupations, 13% in professional occupations and 13% in routine manual and service occupations.
Caring Responsibilities
The majority of our staff do not have caring responsibilities for a child under 18 or family/friends/neighbours who are elderly or have mental/physical health issues.
Other Information
There is an even split of married and single members of staff. 25% of staff have taken maternity or paternity leave in the last 5 years.
