Akeel holds a BSc in Economics and is an ACA-qualified Chartered Accountant. As a Manager at Vision Consulting, he works with a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering statutory audits, tax compliance and investigations, preparation of accounts, and financial analysis. Akeel is passionate about providing clear, practical advice and helping clients strengthen their financial processes and achieve their business goals.

He began his career at KPMG, gaining experience with large and complex audits across multiple industries. This background, combined with his hands-on approach, allows him to support clients not only with compliance but also with insights to improve efficiency and inform decision-making.

Outside of work, Akeel enjoys spending time running after his 3 young children, playing tennis and grilling something delicious on the barbeque!

Career

Ameer graduated with a BSc in Mathematics and is currently training towards his ACA qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He has also completed a specialist programme in Private Investments at the University of Oxford.

At Vision Consulting, Ameer works across corporate finance and strategic advisory, assisting clients with due diligence, valuations, business structuring, and tax-related planning. His clients include owner-managed businesses, corporate groups and investors, and he provides commercial and strategic support across a range of industries and cross-border matters.

Prior to joining Vision Consulting Ameer worked as a design consultant alongside his studies, creating bespoke kitchens and bathrooms. Outside of work he enjoys keeping active, spending time in nature and discovering great food.
